"Lovely views of Navy Pier or city view out of all windows. Bedrooms are generous in size and comfortable. It's not the newest building, but the location to shopping, restaurants, coffee places was perfect. Gym and pool were great and used well during our stay. Appreciated having linens/towels and assorted goods in kitchen and laundry so we didn't have to buy them. Would stay again!"

Location was close to everything we had planned for the week, it was more than enough space for our crew of 8, all items needed to cook and clean during our stay were readily available, the grocery is directly across the street and there is a parking spot behind the property so you don’t have to find and walk from a street option. Below is ALL the issues we had: -no sheets or blankets for pull out sofa -one key/fob for all three of us which prevented anyone from going to different places at the same time -2 rolls of TP for 3 nights stay with 3 people in house -no ice trays -no bowls of any kind -no washer and dryer (when people are staying for days at a time they would like to wash clothes) -the toilet in bathroom is pushed completely against the wall which...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Very clean and comfortable. We walked to the Blue line. There is not a lot around in the commercial area nearby. The kitchen could use a few more larger pots and pans. Otherwise, space is very accommodating and easy to access."
