"The property was on the edge of the lake, close to the sports lake. Good size and good kitchen facilities. The property could do with a bit of paint as it looks like water damage around the front door and the French doors. The skirting that was in the kitchen side of the bathroom also had water damage. ..."

Once we had got to our room, we found there was no towels, the fan provided didn't work, the bedding didn't fit on the beds and there were hairs all over the bathroom. "Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"
