"Lovely modern airy hotel, superb for pickleball comp and easy parking. Set next to several large shops for coffee, food etc Only downside was the price of food in the restaurant and nowhere close by to walk to for food and level of staff eg coffee bar only one serving and left without getting a drink due to time required to get served "

"I really liked my room: clean, modern and functional. The QRCode based room service was a big 1/5 stars for me. Menu item availability wasnt current and it took 40 minutes to sort this out with a chat bot firstly, no promised human (waited 20 minutes) a guy on the phone who wasn’t on the site and who suggested I go downstairs with my query (! Room service man!) a chat with reception, another chat with reception…..I did eventually get my dinner delivered to my room. It was nice."

"Room was clean and decent size for family of 4 however it was extremely hot. Couldn’t sleep first night however next morning we raised this issue and was provided with fans. Saw other guests complaint about same issue so I guess it’s common. Parking was stressful, their carpark was expensive and full so had to quickly drop everything then park at the mall carpark for £7 a day. No cars allowed in front of hotel except for buses. You have to go around to get to the hotel carpark"

"The hot breakfast seemed to be dry due to being stood and the cooked mushrooms were heavily seasoned in pepper, (I have a reaction with pepper), the evening waiter was absolutely fantastic."

"IT WAS A GOOD STAY , STAFF FRIENDLY, FUN GAMES , DECENT GYM ALSO... THE HOTEL HAS ONLY THE ONE PINBALL MACHINE, I THINK IT WAS MY MISTAKE BUT THOUGHT IT HAD MORE & INCLUDED THE GUEST ROOMS - BUT SADLY NOT 😥 BUT , I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN ! ALSO , YOU CAN DRINK IN THE BAR AFTER 11 PM ... NICE "
