"The staff were nice and very informative about the hotel enmities. The hotel was very clean and smelled nice. The public bath with onsen was such a great part of the hotel. Would recommend people to stay here and would stay again myself in the future."

"Located only a couple of blocks from the main train station, this hotel was a great pick. Incredibly clean as you must take your shoes off at the entrance and roll your luggage through water before entering the lobby, and your room. The variety of hot springs baths you can choose from and the extras, such as evening noodles, ice creams and massage chairs make this a great place for families to stay. There are a number of reasonably priced restaurants nearby along with a token Don Quijote just down the street. Also on the same road as public buses 205 and 206 which take you to the tourist attractions such as the golden Pavillon. "
"We stayed in a Luxury Corner King room and were not disappointed. The views from the giant windows were amazing and the interior space was quite adequate. The bed was quite firm - maybe too firm for some. The amenities are quite good - the Sky Spa onsen on the top (31st) floor offers amazing views, even from the sauna, and a relaxing environment. The breakfast buffet was quite good and also offers great views but was overcrowded on the Sunday morning of our stay - some (overseas) guests had less than ideal manners. There's a large coin laundry on the 31st floor that is very handy and never seemed overly busy. Status of the laundry machines can be checked on the in-room televisions and online using a QR code. There is a modest fitness room on the 31st floor as well - great views but limited strength equipment.
The location is quite convenient generally but is an appreciable distance from the train and metro stations that are of most use to travellers. Not an issue unless the weather is inclement or it is the height of the rush hour on the Midosuji Line (nearest metro line, Yodoayabashi station, 300 m away)."
