This hotel was absolutely beautiful and was in the best location. We were about a 15 minute walk from most tourist attractions. It was so convenient to have a 7-eleven and Starbucks right across the street. We absolutely loved this hotel. The only negative thing I have to say was the laundry amenities were awful! There were 3 washers and dryers but it would get so busy that you would have to fight for a machine. But the worst part is for just HALF a load of laundry it took over 2 hours to dry!!! The amount of money and time spent on trying to wash 2 loads of laundry was ridiculous. I would say just go to a coin laundromat in the area instead! Other than that, we did truly enjoy our room and our stay.

I had an issue with the bathroom as it has a big step up into it. I am disabled and almost fell the first time I used it. I immediately went downstairs and the staff was super helpful in changing my room.

Amazing locations, staff, and comfort. The bathhouse was incredible and they allow large or full tattoos. You cannot beat Japan’s hospitality and this hotel exudes that. They have bicycles for rent which will make exploring a lot easier if your feet hurt.
