"The staff were nice and very informative about the hotel enmities. The hotel was very clean and smelled nice. The public bath with onsen was such a great part of the hotel. Would recommend people to stay here and would stay again myself in the future."

"The hotel has a good location near the subway and other options. Limousine bus has a direct drop off/pick up at the hotel. Everything appeared very clean, and the staff were good and attentive. Self check in and check out. Didn't interact with anybody during those processes. But we did talk to staff at other times and all was good. Very small room, and not enough storage in the room, but it was otherwise functional and comfortable. Air conditioner turned itself off and not turning back on unless you hit the button for various reasons; not sure about all why in some cases. Included breakfast was good and they did open up the dining room up to 10 minutes early which was helpful on our last day when we had a train to catch."
"Looved our stay! This hotel is honestly best of both worlds, property is very peaceful and beautiful, with rooms that match the aesthetic and made it honestly our favorite stay during our Japan trip. The hotel is next to a grocery store for all the easy convenience items and across the street from a Konbini. as well as a 2-3 minute walk from a metro station. We unfortunately didn't get to try the onsen but we did see lots of people down there, and the free amenities at our disposal (hot chocolate, ice cream, tea, sodas, etc) were all a very welcome treat after a long day out and about! My *only* comment would be that our room didn't have any views since we were facing the side of the building, in fact there was a structure just outside the window and behind that was the next building. That being said we didn't spend much time there during the day so didn't make much of a difference to us. If views are something that matter to you make sure you get a front facing room! Would definitely stay again!"
"The rooms were clean. Garbage cans in the room were a little small, but adequate. Rooms are cleaned and/or towels replaced on request via a magnetic sign you place on the front of your door. The hotel is well situated near a couple of train stations as well as convenience stores, a market and even a McDonald's. There are also several good restaurants within walking distance."
"Located only a couple of blocks from the main train station, this hotel was a great pick. Incredibly clean as you must take your shoes off at the entrance and roll your luggage through water before entering the lobby, and your room. The variety of hot springs baths you can choose from and the extras, such as evening noodles, ice creams and massage chairs make this a great place for families to stay. There are a number of reasonably priced restaurants nearby along with a token Don Quijote just down the street. Also on the same road as public buses 205 and 206 which take you to the tourist attractions such as the golden Pavillon. "
