"I stayed in room 611 at Premier Inn and had a very disappointing experience. My Expedia booking stated a 12:00 noon check-out. However, at 11:50 a.m., a staff member entered our room without proper notice while we were getting ready to leave, saying check-out was at 10:00 a.m. We felt rushed and uncomfortable, unable to finish preparing for departure. By the time we left around 12:15 p.m., several staff members were in the hallway insisting we vacate immediately. The service was also poor at...
