"Cart Shed 1 was a super place to stay. Lovely high standard accommodation very confortable beds and living area seating, well equipped kitchen and the luxury of 2 bathrooms. Emily was very quick to respond to messages and gave clear instructions for directions etc. Couldn't have been better for a trip down memory lane for 2 ex students of Culham teacher training college, one of whom stayed at Nuneham Courtney house."

The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

However, the studio turned out to be just fine and the owner adjusted the cost accordingly. The kitchenette came in handy and the location was great for walking into town. "
