On both occasions the day staff denied I ever had that conversation with the night shift. Really poor communication and very little compassion. Left feeling scammed out of quite a bit of money."

"Very nice hotel on High St. we were on the High St side, so it was a bit noisy. Otherwise great. I’ve booked dozens of hotels outside USA on Expedia, and always had prices quoted in US dollars on the Expedia ap. I didn’t notice that this booking was in £GBP. That adds 35% to an already expensive stay. BEWARE!"
