"Easy parking, nice surrounds. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The restaurant was quite expensive but the food was pretty nice. "The room was very clean. It is near many things for families to do - water park, amusement park, shopping, etc. It was about a $47 NZ uber ride to downtown for 4 of us. We had a top floor suite with 2 separate rooms. They didn't have 24 hour desk service, but I found the check in process to be easy even though we didn't check in until about 2 a.m. due to flight issues. The next day they accomodated us with a late check out of noon and allowed us to store luggage until our flight out later...
