"This house is really wonderful, especially if you like old houses. It is lovely and well maintained and very classic for Auckland. It was perfect for my family of two tweens, a twenty something and two parents. We had unusually rainy weather and sadly weren’t able to make use of the pool, and the spa was out of order. "Friendly owner but let managed by agent who dealt with any difficulties by frequent communication. The apartment has excellent laundry facilities for longer stays and overlooks a lovely garden tended by the owner. Comfortable bed with plenty of wardrobe spaces. Lots of hot water and a good shower. A steep drive to the entrance and a large garage. A very convenient position for buses or the beach the other way."
