"Tanya is a great host. The cottage location is fabulous! Right on the shores of Balsam Lake. Drinking your morning coffee by the water - heaven. The cottage has all that is needed to enjoy your stay. "

"My overnight stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Check in was quick and friendly. My room was spacious (King bed) with some kitchen amenities (cutlery, but no plates/bowls) which was OK, given I was able to improvise. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave and bar fridge were quite handy in use. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental style with bagels, wraps, cereal and fresh fruit offered in a room under construction, but a wonderful way to start the day. Staff were friendly. I would stay again as location is walkable to town, but in a quieter and more green space location.. "

"Wow what a gem. My husband and I stayed one night for our wedding anniversary it was a beautiful property and staff Trevor, Fiona and Lauren were amazing. Thanks so much to Stephanie for upgrading our room and the lovely wine left in our room. I can’t say enough about this place. Breakfast was amazing. We highly recommend the Saucy Willow Inn it was an amazing stay."

"The property was absolutely amazing, and everyone in our group had a fantastic stay. The open living space was perfect for gathering, and there were plenty of bathrooms (4) to comfortably accommodate our large group. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed for a stress-free trip.The heated floors were a treat, and the indoor sauna, hot tub, and outdoor heated pool were definite highlights of our stay. Tons of kayaks, paddle boats, 2 docks, and the outdoor area was immaculate.Its location is great, just a short drive into town with lots of restaurants to choose from (and don’t miss Kawartha’s ice cream!).The host was outstanding; quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. When we mentioned we needed a vacuum, she went out and bought a brand new one for the property.Overall, 10/10 experience. We would absolutely come back again!"
