St. Joseph Island Adventure Holidays

Customer service was excellent! Patra’s customer care over the phone and Michael at the front desk went above and beyond, the staff were extremely helpful and very kind. The pools were amazing and my stay was wonderful. I will definitely be returning. I’m very happy with my very clean room and with all the great amenities. I highly recommend this resort, thank you!

Probably my top hotel choice in Vegas.

Everything about the property was beautiful down to the people just beautiful

Everything was great. Thank you so much!

The shower was not working

Everything was great. Thank you so much!

Probably my top hotel choice in Vegas.

Unfortunately, our experience at ARIA fell short of expectations, particularly given the resort’s reputation and the VIP benefits advertised to us. As VIP members, we were expecting certain perks, including a room upgrade and a 4 PM late checkout. Neither was provided, which was disappointing considering these benefits were part of the appeal of booking here. We’ve stayed at several wonderful properties throughout Las Vegas and have experienced exceptional hospitality, thoughtful service, and genuine appreciation for returning guests. Unfortunately, ARIA did not deliver that same level of care or attention. For a resort positioning itself as a luxury destination, the experience felt surprisingly underwhelming. VIP status should mean more than a label, and when certain benefits are advertised, guests should be able to trust that those expectations will be met or, at the very least, clearly communicated if unavailable. While the property itself is beautiful, the service and overall guest experience left much to be desired. For anyone considering ARIA specifically for its VIP benefits or elevated hospitality, I would encourage exploring other luxury hotels in Las Vegas. There are plenty of properties that do a much better job of making their guests feel valued. Unfortunately, we won’t be prioritizing ARIA for future stays.
