"Really quiet room considering next to train station. Tne hotel is phenomenal and really nice. Front desk were extremely helpful as were bar staff. Well worth the stay, even if in the Annex. Negatives were bed was slightly uncomfortable and you don’t get all tv channels but otherwise, really good hotel."

"From start to finish the staff and hotel were fantastic. We arrived early but our room was ready and we were checked in speedily, the twin room was stylish,comfortable and immaculate. Staff were warm,friendly and welcoming."

"This was our 2nd stay here & will be staying again. Easy booking in very friendly staff rooms have everything you need with plenty of replenishments example tea coffee biscuits left for you. Hotel was lovely & cozy excellent & plentiful breakfast cooked to order as well as fresh fruit bakery & cereals etc. There is a gated car park at the back so car left there is very safe. Only criticism was the bathroom mirror was too small & very high for me so couldn’t see in it but there were others in the room so not a big problem. Easy walking distance to city centre takes about 10 minutes. Stay here you won’t be disappointed. Lovey hotel & staff. Thank you York minster for a lovely stay."
