"Our favourite accommodation in NZ. A beautiful hotel with just the best location. A minute’s walk to Eat Street and just a few more to the CBD and other attractions around town. We had a lovely room with a private courtyard, the bed and pillows were super comfy and it was all very clean. The bathroom was great - large shower with good water pressure and double vanity basins and mirrors. Wonderful smelling toiletries and they even provided toothbrushes. The weekend staff were very helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough. "

"This has got to be one of the best places we have stayed in Rotorua. The unit was spacious, well appointed and a great layout. Shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Lovely, deep spa pool in our unit we were able to fill fresh each use. Nice to have comfortable lounge seating to relax on. We look forward to staying again."

"Very last-minute stay for us and was well worth it. Clean and tidy with a very nice and hot thermal pool. Could do with a little bit of a spruce up in the bathroom, but meets (and compared to some others exceeds) 3 stars in that department. Overall would stay again if given the opportunity. "
