"Friendly staff, clean room"

"Kudos to Karen at the front desk for her outstanding service. Our room was taking longer than expected to be ready, and she proactively noticed that we had been waiting for around 40–45 minutes. To make up for the inconvenience, she kindly offered us complimentary drink vouchers, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, the property was clean and well-maintained, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary tea and coffee facilities were a great addition. A very pleasant experience overall."

"Restaurant had odd options for breakfast! Could only get beer cider or wine at the bar... no barman available for spirits! Diy style finish to bathroom. Staff lovely"

"Good stay overall, mini golf, ping pong and tennis. Room was tidy, just one issue with microwave starting, was bit old. Pool was heated, not hot, expected a bit higher for rotorua, recomend a few more degrees to make comfortable on the cold days but fine for exercise."

"Nice little room, good location. Helpful front desk staff and good parking. It’s next to a geothermal park which is a blessing and a curse. You are close enough to walk to this free geothermal park but the smell easily made its way to the motel and we found it a bit overwhelming at times. "
