"My daughter and I stayed here for one night. An excellent hotel, centrally based for exploring Christchurch. We opted for room only and had a delicious light breakfast at the Tram Cafe. The staff were lovely, kind and helpful, friendly and very polite. The room was clean, airy & nicely decorated and warm too. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay here. Great central location right next to the tram station and two theatres! The room was clean, comfortable and modern. Bathroom was very well appointed and the shower was roomy with great soft water and good pressure. Unfortunately our request for a room high up with a view was not granted, so we looked against a big plain wall of the next building. Otherwise we would stay again. "

"Nice hotel! The only comment I have is to have filtered water either on the floors or in the lobby. it was tiresome and uncomfortable to keep asking the filtered water in the restaurant."
