My interior room with double bed was absolutely perfect for a one person / one or a few nights stay. Breakfree is Set right in the centre of Christchurch city so this is an ideal location. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Lovely clean towels and also - tea and coffee and mini fridge available too made my stay so smooth.

I only stay at this hotel when I’m in Christchurch. Make sure you book a premium room on the 6th floor so you have a good amount of space and natural light. The location can’t be beaten - right in the shops, but it’s very quiet in the room. They have great barista coffee and food too, but equally there are so many great cafes nearby. They do charge for a late checkout but otherwise it’s an excellent hotel.
