"No information on website that all rooms are not wheelchair accessible and have STAIRS! We have big luggages so need to solve problems of getting on stairs. No staff at the place and no CCTV in risk zones, that i wonder it is quite dangerous in case other guests does not lock the house, or have intention to do crime to other guests who share the same house. Good points are free self-service laundry and dryer, the classic ancient style of Japanese house sharing 4-5 rooms of stay. "

"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left.
