"Good homely feeling location"

"Will definitely stay in this place again!"

"A fairly remote location, perfect for exploring Yamanaka with great nearby views of Mount Fuji. Excellent price for the quality of amenities. The check in/out process were well optimized for the autonomous travellers, and the interactions I did have with staff were cordial and friendly."

"The hotel is super close to convenient spots, such as the lake and the bus stop. It also offers a traditional experience as the rooms are decorated in a traditional fashion."

"Place was conveniently located and close to restaurant"

"Great overall stay and very helpful staff"

"This place was an absolute gem. Would definitely book here again."

"Great location and easy to get to Mt. Fuji."

"The staff were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. They even called a taxi for us since we didn't have a Japan number."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly with any questions. Very awesome traditional Japanese style, would highly recommend. Will stay here when I revisit."

"Great time at this place. It was very nice. Great location. Loved that the background of the hotel is mt fuji. And the outdoor grill was the best! "

"Very comfortable hotel"

"A really cute campsite! "

"The lobby staff are fantastic! They make you feel comfortable and relaxed! Hotel has great views and spacious rooms! "

"Awful place to find, I was walking and got there on the 3rd try after over an hour from the bus stop Nobody there Terrible smell in the room, opened all the windows No hot water for the shower Asked me to move after one night as they had yard work going on I left after one night, no refund!! Do not stay here :-("
