Loved the whole experience here! The gardens were beautiful. The spa was fabulous and loved the proximity too- close to Tokyo Dome.

It was a beautiful hotel, with a large room that gave us space to move around with a pretty decent view. The staff were very helpful and nice. The onsen in the hotel was clean and relaxing. There is a family mart connected to the hotel which was very convenient. The train station is short 5 minute walk away, which was also very convenient. There is a restaurant in the hotel as well that we didn’t get the chance to go to because of our itinerary, but they had good options available. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly suggest this hotel to anybody.

Property was incredible and large for Tokyo. Loved having separate shower and toilet areas and a washer and dryer!!

We asked for a view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and was really lucky to have a great view of the Tokyo Night and Light projection show! We could not hear the sound and music from the room (which was good because it meant that we couldn't hear any outside noise), but some of the music is available on the website. The hotel is very large so sometimes the elevator takes a while. The location was very convenient to Shinkuju station as well as Tochomae station. Also, the bell captain desk staff were extremely helpful and efficient (takkyubin) with setting up luggage forwarding service all the way to Kansai KIX Airport. Thank you so much!
