"It’s winter and there are no independent thermostats. They had the heater very high the entire stay. It was miserably hot in the rooms. There’s no food option except breakfast. Housekeeping and staff were all very kind and attentive "

The outdoor patio area was one of my favorites. I enjoyed the outdoors while sipping a prosecco or reading on the very comfy furniture. The attached restaurant was very good - a little pricey."

"The hotel is on 2 sites with each offering slightly different bars etc. The roof terrace is not accessible for anyone who cant do stairs. Wifi was good and staff were very friendly. Location is really good with pleanty of things to see within walking distance."

"Our favorite in Florence. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We went to Cortona for a week and bookended our stay at Bernini. The staff arranged for us to pick up and drop off a rental car at the hotel, made everything super easy. Can’t say enough great things. "
