We had a wonderful stay, loved the balcony to sit out and relax. All the staff were very helpful, calling taxis, finding lost sunglasses etc! 😊 Breakfast was excellent, definitely recommend staying here, rooms were quiet but still very walkable to everything.

Beautiful hotel with delicious breakfast (hot and cold options available). Amazing staff that made our trip so enjoyable (nice surprise with bottle of wine!). A lovely stay at the Orto De Medici Hotel with my daughter. On arrival the staff were very helpful including the breakfast staff and bar staff. Room and hotel was very clean and comfortable. This location was a short walk from the Duomo and Academia-David statue. The hotel is very nice, very clean, breakfast was fantastic and the staff super friendly. Check in and out was easy. There is a lot of roadwork going on so you will possibly be dodging that, however getting to the main Florence sites was easy from this location.

The staff is amazing, kind, and informative they were able to give us a map and locate all the sight seeing areas for us. The facility is clean, centralized where you can walk to all the areas but still off the main path so that it’s quit enough. Their breakfast items were good. I utilized their laundry services and it was pricey but really well worth it. Overall I would recommend and stay here again!

Everything about our stay was excellent—we truly had no complaints. The hotel is on a quiet street yet just a short walk from all the main sights, which made the location ideal. The staff were outstanding. Alessandro gave us a detailed history of the hotel and the Medici family when we asked, and his knowledge and passion really stood out. Hotel location in great walking distance from train station. Included breakfast was awesome every morning in the hotel garden. Anna was so helpful and attentive at breakfast. Alazne, Judith, and Marellena were so helpful at the front desk. Alessandro was an awesome bartender who served us our complimentary drinks.
