"When I checked in, An was very kind and helpful and gave free upgrade to a room with a window. As I had booked the cheapest option without a window. He gave me a choice of the front or the back of the hotel and advised me that the back was quieter. I chose the front and it was great because I wanted to wake up early anyway, but a bit noisy after 7 AM. Breakfast was decent. A very good omelet and fresh fruit as well as many other options. Andrea was very helpful with my checkout and storing my luggage and then helping me to the car with it down the stairs, even though it was probably heavier than her. Overall a great experience and I definitely would stay there again."

"The nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in as far as the room is concerned, especially. Corner room on the 46th floor with a view in two directions. The bed is so big I could have shared it with the Jackson Five (minus Michael, of course). Convenient ledge above the bed and all light controls built into the headboard. Bath has tub and shower. Breakfast is pricey for Hanoi (about $28) but it’s a first-class buffet. Hanoi can be so hot and humid that it feels nice just to have alone time in this wonderful room."
