We were greeted with a welcome drink and our luggage was taken care of. The hotel has a 5 star feeling. The entire staff was so kind, warm, and helpful. The spa was great - I went there twice! Breakfast was a good assortment. The location was great - walking distance to everything in Old Quarter. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi."
