Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

"Hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It feels more like a hostel. There is an elevator/lift that only lets you off on half floors, meaning you have to walk steps to every floor you want to go to.
