After a year of being used as a long term rental, our beautiful townhome is ready for short term stays. Come stay in a quiet townhome close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and Shipyard Park! Spend your days at the ball field and your nights on the beach. Only 10 minutes to Isle of Palms beach and 10 minutes to Shipyard Park! And if shopping is your fancy, Town Center is 10 minutes away and downtown Charleston only 25 minutes. Plenty of room for the whole family- can easily accommodate 7 people. Perfect location

We LOVED the townhouse. It was a great location for us as we wanted to be in close proximity to The Shipyard Park and we could easily access all that Mt Pleasant had to offer.

Weekend stay after our cruise.

Came back on Thursday from a 5 night cruise and wanted to finish out our week visiting Charleston and the beach. Close enough to everything for us. Quiet area. Enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay if your playing at Shipyard Park

We had a great time staying. Krystal was available for help whenever needed. The place was a close drive to all our vacation destinations. Clean, comfy!!! Can’t say enough good things!!!

Wonderful townhome stay.

My family enjoyed a great stay at this townhome. Everything was immaculate and well stocked. The home is conveniently located near many shopping areas and the beach. It is also only minutes away from Charleston. We will gladly stay again.

Great for Baseball!

Perfect location for a tournament at Shipyard Park and quick drive over to IOP for beach time. Great value as well for 3 bedrooms. Owner was very responsive and accommodating, even with a last minute request to modify our reservation. Thank you, Krystal!

It was clean. Well stocked exactly what we saw is what we got. My wife loved the water pressure in shower. Short drive too charleston and magnolia gardens. Would absolutly stay again

Quiet and peaceful

This is a very quiet home, and neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly. The area is a good place to walk with our dog. The owners even got us beach chairs, since the beautiful beaches are only 15 min away. The upstairs porch was a great place to relax and read.

Very nice rental. Conveniently located between Charleston and the beach. Comfortable beds. Well maintained and clean, except for the couch in the living room (smells really bad we did not use it at all). Would recommend and rent it again in the future 👍

Spacious and close to everything

We were visiting Mt. Pleasant for my son’s baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. It was the perfect location for our family of 4 and my parents for the week. We were less than 15 minutes from the park, 20 minutes to meet up with friends at the beach, and shopping/convenient stores were easily accessed. Everything was clean, plenty of linens, and the essentials were all provided. We almost stayed in a hotel nearby and I’m so thankful that we found this little home for the week! Thank you!!!

Perfect for us!

With 2 special needs adults and a dog its impossible to find care that allows my husband and i to get away. This was the perfect solution! We were all able to be together, but have a vacation too. Well appointed kitchen and very clean home. The private outdoor area was great for the dog, and the neighborhood is awesome for walking. And safe! And quiet! Location is extremely close to anything you will need. No complaints! If they will have us, we would love to stay here again!

Perfect townhome rental!

Every part of our stay at Emma lane was fantastic! Everything you would need for a comfortable stay is provided. The townhome is very clean, cute/cozy and in a prime location. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for morning/evening strolls. The hosts were amazing; they would message to see if we needed anything, they worked with our schedule for check in/check out, accepted us a week before our original booking, and made it possible for us to extend our stay a few more days as we needed. They truly are catering and will make anyone who stays at Emma lane feel like they are at "home". I highly recommend booking this rental! Thank you Krystal and Michael 😁

Place was great for shipyard which was the reason for rental. Not great for limited mobility people. Both showers are up stairs. NOT noted in description. Place very clean and well kept, Neighborhood great. Food and things to do with in 5-20 min. I washed up all the dishes and put away which was NOT necessary but I don't like dishwashers. I personally would not stay again due to the showers, but if you are young have at it. Area great.

Great family vacation location.

When we arrived at the property it was clean and readied for us to move in for our family vacation. It smelled fresh and clean when we walked in and my grandchildren promptly claimed their room. The three of them 12, 8, and 4 found the their room with the bunk beds with trundle, tv, private bath, huge closet and bureaus for them to unpack into. They settled in quickly. The primary bedroom had a porch which my husband and I took full advantage of to relax in the mornings with coffee and at night when all were settled in. It was equipped with washer and dryer so we didnt need to overpack. We were 15 minutes to feet on the beach. Minutes to great restaurants, and Charleston. This property is minutes from everything the area has to offer yet leaves it all behind to find a quiet relaxing place to unwind, play games, and share family time. The property manager was in contact with us to inform us when the hoa would be doing some outside maintenance and upkeep to the property, which didn't interfere with our stay, but was nice to know. The rental was complete with everything we needed. I will recommend this rental to my friends and family. We will definitely use this property again. Thank you.
