Only thing is the air conditioning wasn't ice cold how you usually want it in hotels, but I guess it's Dunedin so not a priority in the cold weather - 10/10 would stay again

This is a modern motel close to the city. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommended for people looking for modern facilities close to the city centre.

We really enjoy staying there. Room was very nice and clean. Most enjoyable is staffs who working there. During we stay Oliver server us. He very nice ,polite and friendly. He did check us in and out. His service is out standing. He is one of the reasons that we would like to come back and stay at Scenic hotel again.

Fantastic place to stay. Very friendly staff, excellent dining and the room was absolutely lovely. Great location right in town too.

Each night we were able to walk a short distance to all the dinning and entertainment this beautiful city has to offer.

Stunning apartment in a fantastic location. The on-site free parking was a great bonus especially for Dunedin! The property was clean, modern, comfortable and very well equipped. Shelly the property manager was also a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Very clean

Everything you need for a short or long stay. We stayed upstairs on Carisbrook road, and could park at our door. Well equipped unit with everything you might need. Best showers in NZ. Excellent location. Really enjoyed our time there.

Incredible place to stay and the hosts are friendly and happy to provide local suggestions.

Lovely room, only issue is couldn't get the plug up in bathroom sink but a very nice bathroom just the same, friendly and helpful staff. Light bright rooms. Couldn't find the sky movie channel seemed to be overrides with sports channels for some reason but no complaints. Near shops and servos..look forward to returning again.

One of best value for money motels. Beds comfortable, room is warm & facilities modern and really clean. Great cafe next door for breakfast. We will be back definitely.

Easy checkin and we were enthralled with the great location and stunning 180 views of the beach. Apartment was very tastefully decorated, the bed was super comfy and it was warm and cosy. Loved the spa bath and we didn’t want to leave! Will definitely come back thank you :)
