"Great staff and handy location"

"A central location and friendly staff were the cheer leaders of our stay. Unfortunately we found the room over furnished for the 17m2 available, barely room to unpack. The windows were painted shut, which for a small room was uncomfortable not to have fresh air. The lift did not go to our floor directly which meant a flight of 8 stairs with luggage to get to our tightly packed away room. A pretty hotel."

"Julia's place is in a quiet neighborhood a short drive from Dunedin town center. From the adequately stocked kitchen to the spacious layout it was perfect for my short stay. It's clear that this property is cared for and was very clean when I stayed. Great for a couple or small family. If you're coming to Dunedin for a visit don't hesitate to stay here."
