"Hotel na rua principal de Leamigton Spa . Perto de comércio e restaurantes . Fiquei em um quarto quádruplo confortável e silencioso .Chuveiro com banheira . Atendimento fraco e limpeza idem . Tinha que solicitar até meio-dia a arrumação do quarto, senão só no dia seguinte ! "

"Room was comfortable, however it had very poor ventilation in the bathroom and no opening windows. Paint peeling and mould in the bathroom. A nice hotel but lots of knobs and buttons missing from elevators and toilets. Friendly, helpful staff and nice meals at the restaurant. "

"A bit off the beaten path but served it's purpose. First time booking premier inn on Expedia and had issues with a cancellation that Premier Inn was not wanting to correct. I have used Premier Inn a lot personally and for my business, but due to this frustration with their handling of a the cancellation request, I will be rethinking booking with them in the future."
