This is a fantastic property! We traveled in from London for one night to celebrate my husband’s birthday and can’t wait to return! The room was incredible with a huge comfortable king bed and a gorgeous bathroom. The breakfast and staff was superb!! Thank you!!

The Breakfast and the dinner was delicious! Loved the honey cake . Bathroom was small but modern shower. Beautiful grounds lots of flowers and the green house restaurant. Mary and Kara at the reception desk were very friendly and welcoming.

Great value & service

Stopped over for just a night and have to say that price we paid represented excellent value for money. The room was really comfy and in good condition, nice drinks and chocolate in room too. Breakfast was really good as we all public areas, with the library being really nice. Highly recommended for a stay in the Cotswolds

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. It was an easy walk to & from the train station. At first, my husvand & I were afraid it wasn't for us because on our first day, we found it difficult to navigate the narrow hallways, mutiple fire doors & several sets of stairs with our suitcases in order to get to our room on the 2nd floor (equivalent to the 3rd fl. in the US). The elevator only goes to 1st floor. However, we did get the hang of it soon enough & found that the hotel made up for those issues in other ways. Big plus is that our room was very elegant with an old world feel, but still comfortable and had a modern bathroom. We slept very well all 3 nights that we stayed there as it was quiet in the room and the bed & beddings were very comfy. Next plus is that breakfast was included and that was very convenient gor us since we were able to have breakfast before our day tours. We had breakfast every day in the glass covered patio overlooking the beautiful garden. It was quite relaxing. We also received excellent service from the polite & friendly staff at reception, breakfast service, and from the cleaning staff. All these are reasons to make us want to stay at this hotel again when we return to the Cotswolds.

The hotel is great, very stylish. Staff were attentive and friendly. This was my wife and my 33rd wedding anniversary so I asked for a bottle of Prosseco in our room they provided this and a card which added to the surprise very thoughtful.

The staff was particular helpful. My husband has mobility issues and they arranged for him to have a room on the ground floor with a walk in shower. They were very kind and compassionate. The hotel was very beautiful and the breakfast excellent, as well as the service

Anniversary Stay - 9/10

A thoroughly enjoyable stay. We stayed here yesterday evening for our Anniversary and had a wonderful time. The bedroom was clean, well decorated and warm. Highlights were the friendly staff especially Christian who was behind the reception desk, the wonderful breakfast spread and homely open fire. Some pointers though, we were in room 40 and unfortunately were a tad upset about the amount of noise made by the pipes/plumbing when next door and upstairs used their bathroom facilities and with the thin walls came a good amount of noise too which did affect our sleep. Also the shower pressure was a 5/10. But overall a good 9/10 stay. Would certainly stay again and recommend to others! 👍

Very disappointing. We've stayed here on a number of occasions but standards appear to have dropped dramatically. Whilst the rooms are still lovely and the hotel appears to have had a makeover tge levels of customer service weren't at the levels expected of an hotel that charges premium

The hotel looked lovely and the staff especially Sha? were wondering and very helpful. The breakfast had plenty of options and was very tasty. The room was ok. It had a big stain on the floor which would of been better covered with a rugor cleaned!!The tea/coffee facilities were very basic. We were told there was a function on and it would be quite loud so we expected some noise but it sounded like we were in the party!! And once that finished the boiler was going all night. The whole hotel was boiling and there were windows open to cool it down. I don’t think anyone could sit in the library. Overall the hotel looks beautiful inside and out, the staff were wonderful but I’m guessing we were just unlucky that they were busy and we had the room we had.

This was a wonderful hotel with beautiful gardens in the back. The restaurant includes a glass conservatory. Food was very good. Staff was always helpful and pleasant. Our room was lovely. Charming decor, plush towels, bathrobes and a very modern bathroom. Overall, it was perfect. Great location for staying in the Cotswolds as Moreton-in-Marsh has all forms of transportation connections.

My husband and I experienced a delightful three night stay at the Manor House in August. The staff were warm and welcoming and the property and gardens delightful. We were able to walk from the train station in Moreton on Marsh to the hotel in about 10 minutes. Breakfast was fabulous offering both continental and hot options and our dinner at the hotel was delicious. We appreciated the recommendation of Go Cotswolds for touring. The sounds of the birds in the garden and the nearby church bells made this feel like the perfect getaway! Try the Mulberry cocktail!
