Public areas were very impressive and luxurious. We loved the gardens and sitting out spaces. Nice to have the club lounge access with premium rooms- really enjoyed this facility. Good WiFi. Great parking. Fantastic location near town and theatres and restaurants and shops. It would have been good to have a coffee machine ( nespresso) in a premium room- the Premier Inn chain do this!

Walking distance to the town. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable bed. On site pool, steam room and sauna was great, very enjoyable. The breakfast was buffet, plentiful choices. They were short on staff on the day but staff on duty managed well to serve a busy dining room and were polite even though they were under pressure. A very enjoyable stay!

Really good location - do easy to walk such short distance into the town. All the staff were cheerful and helpful. The room was pretty good though I felt the shower arrangement was a bit dated- I would be looking for a walk-in shower, if they have them. Quite happy to stay there again.
