"Friendly, polite and efficient staff. Spacious and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Easy walk to shops and to theatre venue. Plenty of on-site parking, but not free for hotel guests."

"An excellent team of staff. Nothing too much trouble and they all seemed to be happy in their work. It really does make a difference. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The hotel could do with a lift but because it is a listed building that’s not possible. Would recommend the hotel and we will visit again."

"Besides arriving late to a very hot room, followed by our daughter getting locked in our bathroom, this hotel is exceptional. Our son had to sleep on an unfortunately hard pull out couch but our main bed was very comfortable and the room was bigger than anticipated . The staff were all sweet and helpful, providing fast and amazing service. We only stayed overnight but would definitely come back to experience the spa and golf."

"Le bâtiment historique est vraiment très beau et l'appartement dont nous disposions était spacieux et très agréable .l'hotel est dans un cadre idyllique et pourtant très proche de Stratford Le petit déjeuner est excellent la piscine et le spa sont très agréables avec une amplitude horaire qui permet de bien en profiter .Personnel agréable et cordial une belle expérience de l'Angleterre traditionnelle comme on l'aime "

"We had a lovely night at this hotel when attending one night at the 2000 Trees festival nearby. The girl at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We used the gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms. All were very clean. Our room was soa ious enough for 3 adults. The air con was very welcome in the 30 degree heat outside and the beds were super comfy. We would not hesitate to come back."
