"Great reception staff, helpful and professional. Hotel is interesting and characterful. Comfortable well decorated room with decent linen. Decent breakfast but porridge was a bit watery A few downsides…… A lot of noise from the bar opposite until 11.30 and there is only single glazing because of its age. Heating from the A.C. panel was slow in heating the room, however the central heating kicked in during the night and the pipes were noisy with the constant sound of running water in the room. Shower in the morning was no more than a tepid trickle even when set to fully hot. Grubby curtains and no nets in the room although other rooms had them. Wouldn’t stay again as there are plenty of options in this price range. Parking expensive at £17 for residents."

"We stopped overnight at the Crowne Plazza, it was a lovely hotel. The rooms were spacious and had everything that you would need. The pool was not huge but was fine for a gentle swim and the spa tub was nice. We had dinner in the hotel and the food and service were good. Overall a great stay "

"Beautiful hotel just outside of the town centre. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless and the bar/lounge area was so comfortable. Parking was a massive plus and there were plenty of spaces near to all rooms. The area felt safe even late at night. The pool was clean and quiet during our visit. I will definitely stay here again. "Staff were excellent. Great choice at breakfast (including gluten free bread) and hot selection served to order. Room was nicely designed, had a comfy bed with good amenities. Good location in Stratford-upon-Avon for walking to local sites and restaurants. Paid car park behind the hotel."
