Great central location

We chose this hotel based on location. Easy walk to Oxford street and hyde park. Nice central location in a quiet street, and we've found holiday inn's to be very reliable in terms of price and comfort. This one didn't disappoint, will stay here again on our next london trip.

The staff were friendly and the room was ok. The pillow was too firm and there was no hot water in the morning. They did give us complementary breakfast as compensation. Only there for a night which was fine for a trip to Wembley and a good place to stay for that as it’s only 3 stops on the tube and the station is a few minutes walk.
