"In desperate need of renovation, at least a replacement of carpet and upholstery. Still the same after 30 years. Our pillows had such a strong odour coming from them that I needed to ask for new pillows. Room smells unpleasant, and so do the carpeted hallways. We booked through Hotels.com and got, what we thought, was one of the worst rooms in the “deluxe “ category. Staff very friendly and good room service. "

"The accommodation was barely maintained. Marks all over the walls, tiles in bathroom discoloured (need to be scrubbed) which made me feel uncomfortable walking on the carpet barefoot. Booked due to price. Very budget."

"We got cheap rates (46%off) which made it reasonable but wouldn’t pay full price. It’s clean but a bit tired and aging. The bed was leaning and tilting on one side. Good enough for short stays for sure "
