"Review: The customer service was amazing! The person assisted us was so friendly I hope he sees this, thanks John for making our anniversary delightful. We were upgraded to a deluxe room as we were celebrating our marriage anniversary, which was such a lovely surprise. We also received a complimentary cake and two bottles of Coke. The view from our room was absolutely mesmerising — we enjoyed both the sunset and sunrise with a full 180-degree view of the city harbour and the Opera House. It truly made our stay unforgettable!"

"The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby had a bustling, efficient vibe, rather like a town square with the way it is set up to be a restaurant, bar, reception area and meeting area. I loved the industrial/ art nouveau look. Washcloths, another trash bin in the room itself and a bathroom fan would have been helpful."
