"When checking in I was told that instead of checking out at 11am I could check out at 1pm. I was very impressed by this but at 11:20am on the day of departure I was called asking why I hadn’t left. Clearly the hotel’s processes had failed. The lady begrudgingly let me stay to 1pm. Not a great experience but otherwise everything was great! "

They gave me$20 AUD food credit at their restaurant which was good for a cocktail and a nice glass of wine. Very convenient to SYD - 10 min Uber away. Great option for staying near airport!"
