Very clean rooms, parking was a plus, it is first come first serve but there always was a spot while we stayed. Super close to bars, restaurants, the water. Reasonable price, overall just what we needed for a quick trip to San Francisco.

Overall, the hotel was great. The room was modern and comfortable. However, the parking was TIGHT and anxiety provoking. I would imagine this is pretty standard for the city. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

Location was fantastic, close to Chestnut restaurants and stores. Within walking distance to the ocean coast and wonderful parks nearby. Parking was also included, which is why we chose the motel. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

The property staff was very welcoming and helpful. The WiFi signal in our room, which was all the way in the back on the second floor, was not very strong. The hot water in the shower was not much by about 9am one morning. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location; close to public transportation, and close to restaurants, shops and even a public library branch.

Decent place to stay, very old some wood floor pealing off or cracked. Free parking but first come first serve so you may get left without parking if all parking spots are occupied specially because there are more rooms than parking spaces. They service the rooms every other day I asked to do it every day and they honored my request. It is a motel so expect the very basic things including the parking space sometimes you may have to get out of the parking lot backing up your vehicle there isn’t room to turn around it’s one lane garage in both sides of the motel.

A nice and clean hotel for the one night stay. Bed was clean and comfy. Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Parking it’s included with the room. very narrow push your side mirrors in. It’s a good hotel if you’re staying a night or two.

Clean and well kept up, this place could use a little more comfort items like more towels, TP and I could have used tissues since I had the sniffles. There was a really strong odor of laundry detergent since our room was adjacent to their washers. I did love that we had free parking and staff was friendly.
