"Beautiful hotel. Amazing sauna facilities that I had all to myself. I don't speak Mandarin, and it wasn't a problem. Everything is extremely English friendly. The location is a bit inconvenient, but Uber works in Taipei, and it's dirt cheap compared to US prices. Don't hesitate to book."

"We were given a 4 bedder instead of 2. And there is an attached hot spring bath. Whoa… it’s very relaxing to soak in the hot spring after a long day of traveling. The staff were super friendly n caring.. they help us to bring our luggage’s out during the earthquake on 3/4/2024.. very safe indeed as their emergency power cut in very fast. In the midst of chaotic, they didn’t forget to offer us another 2 bottles of mineral water during the check out. "

"Overall a great stay. Clean rooms, convenient location, reasonable price, good selection of western and traditional breakfast. I stayed at 12th floor and can still hear the traffic a bit. I think the windows are not air tight. Be aware if you are sensitive to noise. Most staff work here are above and beyond. I forgot my retainer here and they called me. The person helped me check-in made me feel rushed. The service from other staff made it up, so still 5 stars. "

"This was a very nice property but I had thought it was going to be 5-stars (western standards). The staff was mixed. Nice front desk but less nice recreation area and hot spring front desk. "The soundproofing is excellent; I was surprised that I cannot hear anything from the outside, even on the 9th floor. Most areas can be accessed by MRI/train stations nearby. The free mini-bars and four 600ml bottles of water per day are great bonuses, in addition to a free one-hour happy hour in one of their bars. The breakfast buffet cost 500 NT for one person provided a good variety to choose, someone mentioned about the toilet seat is not heated and not enough luggage spaces are not an issue for me . Overall I enjoy my staying, would like to give them 6 stars and will definitely stay again for my future visit. There is 18 minutes walking distance to the convention centre, again it is an easy morning walk after breakfast buffet for me. "
