"The hotel was a highlight of our Taiwan trip. The helpful staff, clean and well-maintained rooms, and zero water leak issue in the bathroom made our stay comfortable. The washer/dryer was a great convenience, especially in the hot climate of Taipei. The hotel’s location in a bustling area with nearby convenience stores and restaurants was convenient, though the subway stations were a 10-15 minute walk away. "Everything is good except the toilet flushing system which can be improved"

"I booked the hotel online based on pictures. It looks like it is supposed to be in a building but it is actually a motel with each room having a garage entrance. You can’t lock your actual door from outside because they don’t have keys. You have to tell the front desk when you are leaving so they can close your door for you. The mattress is not comfortable. The staff doesn’t explain much at check in. You have to check in while sitting in a car. The price of this spot was way too high for how...
