事前にリクエストしたお部屋にはならず残念でした 高齢の父と一緒のためエレベーターから離れた静かなお部屋を希望しましたが、エレベーターの一番近くで大きい道路の前ですごく騒音がして残念でした、来月もと思いましたがリクエストに少しは対応して頂くか、一言チェックインの時に話して欲しかったです、日本人スタッフは対応が顔には？というのが出ておりあまりよくないと感じました 先月のハワイと比べると残念です 新しいので施設やお部屋は綺麗です 1階のレストランは美味しく頂きました、スタッフも対応が良いです

駅からとても近く、移動が楽で便利でした。 館内は全体的にとても清潔で、客室はもちろん、共用部や大浴場まできちんと手入れが行き届いており、終始気持ちよく過ごせました。 宿泊者全員が利用できる大浴場とラウンジがあり、部屋以外にもゆったりくつろげる場所があるのがとても良かったです。特に大浴場の横に飲食物を購入できる自動販売機が設置されていたのは便利で、細やかな配慮を感じました。 また、廊下が広く、圧迫感がない点も好印象でした。 スタッフの方とは日本語で問題なくやり取りができたため、英語ができない高齢の母も不安を感じることなく、快適に滞在できました。 清潔さ、利便性、安心感のバランスが取れた、とても満足度の高いホテルだと思います。

The room was great spacious clean, the public bath is amazing and the staff was very friendly. The only downside was the construction at the building right next to the hotel, and my room was beside it so my view was all constructions and noises in the morning. I wish the hotel offered some kind of compensation when they assigned me that room.

スタッフの佐藤さんが本当に素晴らしかったです。 コロナ前まで７，８回台湾に行って、パレドシン、W、グランドハイアット、オークラに泊まりましたが、どこよりも一番よかったです。 口コミで駅近と大浴場があるので選びましたが、駅近もとても楽でしたし、どこに行くにもMRTも便利でした。 大浴場も毎日朝晩利用し、疲れも取ることができました。 今まで有名店（鼎泰豊や、青葉、梅子、欣葉など）あちこち行ったので、お勧めの店を佐藤さんに探してもらいました。 夕食の店も朝ごはんの店も抜群に美味しかったです。 予約もしてくれ、少し離れた場所の店にはタクシーの予約もしてくれました。（こちらから言わなくても） 部屋にスマホの充電がつながらない時も、すぐに電解関係の人を連れてきてくれ対応してくれたり。 心からのおもてなしに感激しました。 彼女のおかげで、久しぶりの台湾に満足できました。 部屋も大浴場も日本のホテルだけあって、使いやすいように作ってありました。 またこのホテルに泊まりたいと思っています。
