The facilities are very nice and well maintained. Staff were helpful with almost all requests .

The staff and floor service crew were courteous and professional, they were always there to help. A few things for improvement: 1. Bathroom scale didn't work. 2. Room cleaning crew have tremendous workload 3. Carpet needs shampooed. 4. Items in frig. were overpriced.

The room was perfect. Modern, clean, thoughtfully designed, everything in perfect working condition.

Good location for two things: directly across the street from the main train station and right next to the National Museum. Not the best neighborhood for strolling about.

The Hotel is close to the train. Worth staying if you want to explore the city for a night. 15mins walk to Chiangkaishek Memorial Hall. Expedia informed me as a Gold member, I will be recieving a 2hours late check out for free, i wasnt acknowledge by a Hotel staff for that. Internet was bad the whole ...
