"Everything is perfect. The drainage was clogged one night in the shower and we got immediate attention and resolved the problem. They provide a social room with free snacks and drinks 24/7. "The Rido is in an excellent location on Xinyi Road, there is a large park across on the other side of the road, and there's a subway station entrance just a short walk down the road. Taipei 101 and the convention centre are a few subway stops away on the red line, and the Taipei Central Station is a few stops in the other direction. So it's very accessible from both airports. The hotel's front desk has someone there 24 hours a day, which is a nice touch. There is a washing machine and dryer...

Some reviews made us nervous with regards to the professionalism of the staff, but I have to say our experience was the complete opposite of many of the bad reviews.
