"The hotel itself was amazing. There was cool artwork in the lobby, hallways, and room. Small but very nice room and bathroom. The restaurant/lobby was fun with lots of games available (free skeeball, shuffle board, and more). The 3rd floor basketball court was great for an evening game of horse. All that said I recommend that you NOT eat at the restaurant, the food was very subpar and/or cold every time I ate there, even the coffee bar was subpar. Overall I would definitely stay at this...

"When we returned on Sunday night around 10:30pm there were a ton of people going through dumpsters and recycling bins in front of the hotel - kind of unnerving - that did not seem safe - also in bathtub there was not a mat in the tub so it was slippery when trying to shower."

"I lived in NYC for 5 years and travel to this wonderful city 4-6x a year. This has been the best hotel I've stayed at for so many reasons. Location!!! A couple of blocks away from SoHo, Bowery, LES and Nolita. Shopping, restaurants, bars, parks, bodegas, grocery stores were literally steps away. Amazing lounge bar, great restaurant, beautiful rooftop view, lockers for your luggage, clean and decent size rooms, great Customer Service. Anything Ian Schrager touches is pure gold.⭐️"

"Our stay was good. Amazing location, within walking distance to so much… Times Square, subway stations, broadway shows, hundreds of restaurants, and not too far to walk to Central Park. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and as expected, but it was cold. Heat didn’t work so they brought us a space heater. Made all the difference. Not perfect, but overall a great place to stay. I would stay again. "
