I want to thank the lovely Māori or Pacific woman who checked us in. She was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Truly hospitable and great customer service. Hotel is in a great location and the studio room truly exceeded my expectations. Bed was so comfy and modern. Shower temperature and pressure was amazing! Worth every cent.
