"The apartment was clean and spacious and had pretty much everything you could need. I wasn't cooking, but one thing I didn't find was a cutting board in the kitchen. I did not use the pool / spa but the area looked nice. Location was very convenient to lots of things, and if you're not in a rush I recommend trying to use the bus a few times, there is one that stops right near the apartment building and goes downtown or west through West Hollywood. "

"Apartment, building/rooftop amenities and location were all perfection! We had an amazing stay and hope to return to this property in the future. Host was communicative, helpful and made the arrival & departure process seamless. Our only constructive feedback would be to provide sugar packets & half & half pods for coffee. "I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Beverly Terrace. Location was perfect, the property was well-maintained and clean, and the staff was absolutely incredible. More specifically, Veronica and Sam at the front desk were particularly helpful. I also enjoyed dining at café Amici on property the food and the ambience were fantastic. This was my first stay at the property and I will be definitely returning in the future!"

"The staff at the hotel were amazing(except our one waiter at the eating area by the pool). They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. It was very hot while we were there, and they offered us water constantly! The pool area and bar were very nice, could even see the Hollywood sign. I have difficulty walking long distances, so we used the hotel driver several times. Both drivers we interacted with were so kind, and pointed out places to have breakfast/lunch. They also pointed out famous places, and gave us some of the history of Beverly Hills. Would love to stay there again in the future!"

"Very nice property within walking distance to some great bakeries and a fantastic deli (Factor). We had a little miscommunication on the code to enter the gate, but after a few minutes texting with the property owner, it was all sorted out. Another issue we had, is the water heater died while my parents were taking showers, so they had to take cold showers. Again, after texting with the owner, we got that sorted out as well. Conveniently located near all Beverly Hills has to offer and easy drives to the film studios as well as Dodger Stadium. Well equipped with large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and small appliances."
