"my room was not ready when I checked in and they gave me an upgrade to a villa. that was nice. however they did not restock the mini bar the entire time I was there. also it always took more than one phone call to get ice. since I was in a villa I could not just go down the hall to get ice. I had to call for everything. otherwise service was prompt. the spa was excellent. I had 2 spa services and it could not have been better!"
