"Cannot find a better location to visit the theatres. Close by parking and restaurants, as well. 15 min to Burbank airport, and in-hotel Avis rental is a plus. After a day at the universal studios which is 15min away, it is like heaven to dive in the constant temperature pool for a relax swim. Friendly front desk and service helping us set up in-room hot water boiler as well. Will definitely come back again."

"The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the shuttle service which was unreliable. The driver skipped our stop and drove us all the way back to the airport and then finally stopped at our hotel. He seemed distracted "
