"Beautiful hotel , but honestly the breakfast was very underwhelming compared to the hype. The buffet was quite basic, with almost no variety from day to day. The eggs were often cold, and overall it did not feel like a luxury hotel breakfast experience. Everything else was nice, but breakfast definitely needs improvement."

"This was a good spacious hotel suite. Location was perfect. Walking distance from Shake Shack and Erewhon. Walking distance to Urth Cafe and the designer shops on Melrose. Walked to Community Goods at the Pacific Design Centre as well. "

"I realize there are some negative reviews about this hotel, but I have stayed here numerous times and always find it to be a good experience. Addy checked me in and was quick and friendly. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The hotel doesn't have any amenities (restaurant, bar, pool, etc.) but it is right in the middle of West Hollywood and there are dozens of restaurants, bars, and cafes right outside the door. If you are looking for luxury, this isn't it, but if you want a clean, comfortable room in the middle of a great neighborhood, stay here."

"Great place. Very cool vibe. Like the style. Suite was good. Expensive. Service was a variable. A bit disorganized . Waited a long time for bags to get sent to room. Every day I asked for my car to be pulled from valet and when I got there had to ask again and long wait. Otherwise staff was friendly."
