"The pool is fantastic and absolutely worth spending extra money on the cabana. The rooms are nice enough but not as good as some other hotels in the area. For example, there was only one tiny trash can in the bathroom. Also tiny holes in the curtains and a stain on one of the chairs. Not awful; still a nice room, but little areas of wear and tear. I did find it odd that they didn't hand out any kind of welcome items. Usually hotels will give you a printout or a card with information like guest wifi and all of that. I had to go down to reception to ask about that since the general wifi was slow. Overall, I had a nice stay, but those were just a few things I noticed. I will say the staff was phenomenally nice and helpful. And the location is killer."

"We had a wonderful stay at the property. The staff was fantastic. The room was very spacious and clean. The immediate neighborhood is quiet, but a very short walk to shopping, restaurants, etc., which was perfect."

"For planning purposes, all of my communication said check in was at 3:00. I decided to time my arrival closer to 3:30 to be sure it would be a smooth process. When I got there, they said they don’t guarantee room availability until 5 and 3 is simply when checkin starts. I had to wait for about an hour and then we were given a room. It’s not the end of the world, just annoying as I would have enjoyed our day further in Orange County before driving up to LA just to wait around. Other than that, the staff was great!"
